The Plensky family own two lodges in the village of Kyuquot on the West Coast of Vancouver Island.  Together we manage our lodges, Sea Otter Lodge and Happy Place Lodge, cooperatively as a family business.  We’re adventure lovers & fishing enthusiasts who have explored this area since 1968.

We grew to adore this area with all its rugged beauty and want to share it with other like-minded adventurers. Kyuquot is known for its beautiful sandy beaches, diverse islands & islets, old growth forests, wildlife and prolific fishing.
